Shipping & Returns

If for any reason you were unsatisfied with an item, you can return it and claim for a refund. Please return to us within 7 days of receipt. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition. 
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the selling price from the refund claim. 
The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Should you wish to cancel an order, in most cases you have the legal right to do this within 7 working days of receiving the order. However, this does not apply to certain products such as audio/video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed and all personalized items and perishable goods. 
we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get contact us!
You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
